Danielle and Celina started this journey in 2025 for a space to share good food and good entertainment. Their dream grew and grew into what is now The Witch's Cottage.

That is a very big question for a very big building and endeavor.The short answer: The Cottage is a multiuse space for open minded and supportive people to come together, eat, drink, work, and create.The long answer: The Cottage is a Cafe, Restaurant, and Bar space with a witchy and earthy feel. Those spaces operate very much like you'd expect from other businesses. Coworking and socializing is welcome during the day. The Cottage also offers a wide array of events, classes, and experiences on top of our food and drink service. Crafts, D&D and Magic: The Gathering sessions, sound baths, open mics, various performances, movie watch parties, and more are available around the building. The Cottage is your one stop shop in North Hollywood and our offerings are ever expanding.

5303 Lankershim Blvd has gone through so many iterations over the years. From a bank to a restaurant and everything in between, this building has had a lot of different lives and the walls and ghosts remember it all very well.The Witch's Cottage is the newest chapter for this building's long history. A lot of old features can still be found from the prior businesses, from the vintage advertising on the facade to the now patinaed embellishments from The Federal. However, this is a brand-new operation with an entirely new team on board. Not only is the interior completely redesigned, the service is different. The menu is different. The services are different. Even though there is a lot of change, we seek to bring some new and warm energy to the community!

Parking is available in the lot next to the building and on the surrounding streets. Rates are posted in the lot for day time and night time rates. Please read all signage if you are driving to The Cottage.Parking is handled with an outside company. The Witch's Cottage does not offer a validation code.Parking is configured as tandem parking. When there is no valet present, please refrain from parking behind another vehicle. If valet is present, they will handle payment and parking.NOTE: The lot is also used by surrounding businesses and can get busy on weekend nights.

There are members of our staff that have had some experiences with things they can't quite explain. There are members of our staff that have more details on the secrets, echoes, and long-standing residents of The Cottage...some you can even hear about on the ghost tours that take place in North Hollywood.There are some members of our staff that have no experiences. Who is to say who is right and who is wrong?

Have you seen the broom parking in the Cafe? Someone has to use those brooms, right?Did you know that there are a lot of witchcraft and metaphysical stores in the LA area? The Green Man and The Crooked Path in Burbank are some of the closest to The Cottage and there used to be a House of Intuition down Lankershim full of crystals and candles. There are a lot of people who identify as pagans, Wiccans, witches, metaphysical practitioners, clairvoyants, readers, and a whole slew of related labels and identifications within that space.So yes, there are witches at The Cottage. There are witches that made The Cottage. There are witches that frequent The Cottage. However, we also welcome those that do not identify by any of those labels and invite them to visit and enjoy our offerings as they would any other local business.
